COURSE DESCRIPTION

This qualification reflects the role of individuals who apply highly specialised knowledge and skills in the field of organisational learning and capability development. Individuals in these roles generate and evaluate complex ideas. They also initiate, design and execute major learning and development functions within an organisation. Typically, they would have full responsibility and accountability for the personal output and work of others.

This qualification may apply to leaders and managers in an organisation where learning is used to build organisational capability. The job roles that relate to this qualification may also include RTO Manager and RTO Director.

• 18 years old or over
• Completed Year 12 or overseas equivalent.
• This course requires learners to read comprehensive learning content and resources, undertake a range of written assessments, undertake independent research activities and engage in online forums and discussions. Furthermore, the delivery mode relies on the extensive use of written communication.
• Learners need to be able to use digital tools, (video/audio recording, computer, download and upload documents).

English Language Proficiency:

• Minimum IELTS score of 6.0

• Portfolio of Evidence: Applicants must submit a portfolio that includes work samples, third-party evidence, and reflective statements demonstrating their competencies and learning outcomes.
• Statement of Purpose: A written statement outlining the applicant’s motivations for enrolling in the course, their career goals, and how the course aligns with their professional development.
• Letter of Recommendation: If applicable, a letter from previous employers attesting to the
  applicant’s English proficiency and academic capabilities.
